CVS in San Marcos is a large, well-organized store located in the Ralph's shopping center, with plenty of parking and handicap spots. The store is clean and fully stocked with a wide selection, including groceries and wine. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, especially the pharmacy team, who are fast, professional, and always take good care of them. The store's management and staff are consistently friendly, making visits pleasant. While there was a minor wait at the checkout, the cashier apologized and was helpful. Overall, CVS is highly recommended for its organized layout, helpful staff, and comprehensive selection, making it a reliable place for shopping and pharmacy needs.
The absolute slowest and inefficient pharmacy in all of San Diego. There really is no excuse for this.

Terrible experience twice in a row now. Only 1 employee visible in the entire store at evening rush hour--not even at check out but at photo with back turned to customers. Couldn't get one critical item as it's locked up (a cuticle trimmer for a split nail). Massive line and no help. Left. Back to purchase on Amazon.

Pharmacy staff is very incompetent and rude! Had to change pharmacy because of how bad it was. Avoid if you can!
