“I'll never go to the "big guys" every again. The service, personal touch and approach are top notch at San Marcos Pharmacy. My previous pharmacy had pharmacists that really lacked any kind of personal touch or empathy. I called SM Pharmacy and was immediately helped and spoken to with warmth and kindness. I had my Rx transferred immediately and I'll never look back. Thank you, Anu!!”

“Five stars for the incredible staff at Kaiser!! This was my first year being on my husband’s insurance so I finally got to experience how incredible the staff are. I had my baby here, nurses were amazing, and I loved all my doctors as well.
I had some issues last night, was able to get scheduled with a PCP this morning, & had a visit with Dr Leanne Zakrzewski & she was SO helpful/kind I almost cried lol. Usually it takes much longer for me to get scheduled if I wasn’t with Kaiser.
1 star for parking situation during peak hours, but my advice is to schedule during lunch and/or later in the day. They have late evening appts as well!”

“Wow... I had been getting my Rxs from Costco for 20 years but recently getting my most important Rx had been an issue. As a last resort I checked this Walmart pharmacy, they had it, they were able to get me a 60 day supply, all they had, process my manufacturer coupon, something Costco had failed at repeatedly and save me $$, the attendant was very friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable, something I was not used at that store.”

Idk saying next time call other cvs like lady that’s your job and act if you can’t give a good customer service and if your having a bad day don’t take on me and act professional for reals people this days they give an attitude to someone who didn’t even deserve it wen someone else piss them off but they couldn’t say anything to them so they instead get mad with me ha ha”

“Went there via referral from CVS Escondido after emergency medical need. Got there, no referral had been made. However, 5 mins before closing, I was greeted, the prescription processed, and I left 7 mins later. They stayed open to help me. I was overwhelmed by the service, professionalism, kindness and dedication to health this crew had. Thank you very much. Not my regular CVS, but this one-time visit to San Marco had me even more impressed with CVS pharmacies.”

Stocking of over the counter items in the story is not so convenient and many items are locked up and require the attention of a single clerk that also has to work the register. On-the-shelf stocking often has missing items. I go to this store only for the pharmacy.”

“Jessica in the pharmacy is stellar! No matter how busy she is, Jessica takes the time to be a compassionate listener. She is nonjudgmental regarding my unique medical needs, which is a rare quality in pharmacies. David (? Think I have the right name) is also exceptional. If the tech tells you your Rx will be ready in 15-20 minutes, David usually has it filled in 5-10 minutes…I’ve never seen him not hustling. This CVS is not close to my home, but is worth the drive.”
“I’ve been using the CVS pharmacy and store at 734 S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd. in San Marcos, California for 25 years. The store serves an older area with a senior client base, To me, the stores employees and management go out of their way to provide the best possible service. In addition, the pharmacy is top-notch. I’ve probably ran through seven or eight pharmacy leads over the years. Each one of them continue in an outstanding line, and are professional in every way. I am glad to call this CVS my CVS Ray 92009”
