“I recently had an exceptional experience at Arc-Zone that truly highlighted the value of excellent customer service. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival.
Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool!
This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I can't recommend Arc-Zone enough. Thank you, Lucas, for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be back!”
“Came in here for the first time. They are now at their new address on Grand Avenue in Escondido, no longer on Juniper. The place is beautiful inside, well-lit, clean, organized, and even with places to sit. You can buy, sell, and trade cards and other sports items here. I'm not into sports but it was really cool to look around and see so many cards, shirts, hats, balls, and other items, many of which we signed by famous people!”

“I had to run in for plastic dinnerware that looked nice, they had a few options and I also found nice looking plastic champagne flutes. The self checkout can be confusing and I love to use self checkout kiosks but this one can be frustrating for a first or 2nd timer. I had been waiting for the checker to be available but there seemed to be an issue with a cushomer and 2 staff members were with customer while the other one listened in & looked confused so she may have been training. Regardless of that, I love Michael's store for the supplies and items it has.”

“There are not many independent toy stores left but Geppetto’s really throws back to the bygone era of my childhood. Great selection of really neat toys. They have everything from big brands like Lego and Mattel products, to more unique and mindful and specialized toys that help develop the mind. Very spendy. Nice people!”
“Don't know what some of these old comments are on about, but every time I've stopped by it's been great. Wide selection of models, both 40k and Sigmar and a solid selection of citadel paints as well. The worker is incredibly nice and informative about the hobby and is very helpful when it comes to finding a specific model you're looking for. Will definitely be coming back to build up my World eater Army.
(Side note, a shop that acutally has a very nice variety of chaos models. Maybe its just me but most hobby shops or other warhammer shops I've gone to are like 95% imperium with only a few chaos models, this shop has a nice invetory of chaos models which is very much appreciated by me as a chaos fan)”
