“The employees did a fantastic job assisting us and getting to know us. One of them, Ethan, I believe is truly passionate about working there and he is very knowledgeable about the topic. As an avid board gamer, this place was truly paradise. There were so many unique games, expansions, and accessories that blew us away. We will be sure to travel back to the area to visit again!”

“I recently had an exceptional experience at Arc-Zone that truly highlighted the value of excellent customer service. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I can't recommend Arc-Zone enough. Thank you, Lucas, for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be back!”

“Great experience at Fencing Post. We are new to the sport, the equipment list felt overwhelming, but the owner and front office manager were extremely helpful. They quickly helped us gather everything on our list, sized my son properly, and showed him how to wear all the gear. Their customer service made the process easy and stress-free.”

“This was my second time coming to this location and both times I had the pleasure to be assisted by Nick. He has really great customer service (something I feel we don’t see as often anymore), always attentive to customers and answering questions. Towards the end of my visit, I decided to check out the clearance items while holding many things in my arms. He came over to me and asked if I needed a cart for my items and i agreed I needed one. He shortly came over with the cart and asked if I needed anything else. He helped to check my items out and we had a great convo. Overall great experience at this location thanks to Nick.”

“My two daughters are fencing there and they love their fencing center! You can not only learn how to fence there, you also make a lot of good friends there, the most important thing is the coaches are really really good and nice! We love San Diego Fencing Center. Once you join the fencing center, you are like joining a big family!”

“Don't know what some of these old comments are on about, but every time I've stopped by it's been great. Wide selection of models, both 40k and Sigmar and a solid selection of citadel paints as well. The worker is incredibly nice and informative about the hobby and is very helpful when it comes to finding a specific model you're looking for. Will definitely be coming back to build up my World eater Army. (Side note, a shop that acutally has a very nice variety of chaos models. Maybe its just me but most hobby shops or other warhammer shops I've gone to are like 95% imperium with only a few chaos models, this shop has a nice invetory of chaos models which is very much appreciated by me as a chaos fan)”

“This store feeds my creative soul. I love coming here and going up and down the aisles, whether I'm seeking inspiration or on a mission to find specific items for my creative projects. My modus operandi is to search the website first to get ideas or to see if what I want is available in-store. Even when I order online and then drive over to pick up my purchases, I end up roaming the store to see, What else do they have? Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. The shelves are well-stocked with a wide range of products in numerous categories, and I can't recall ever leaving here empty-handed or uninspired!”

“I had to run in for plastic dinnerware that looked nice, they had a few options and I also found nice looking plastic champagne flutes. The self checkout can be confusing and I love to use self checkout kiosks but this one can be frustrating for a first or 2nd timer. I had been waiting for the checker to be available but there seemed to be an issue with a cushomer and 2 staff members were with customer while the other one listened in & looked confused so she may have been training. Regardless of that, I love Michael's store for the supplies and items it has.”
