2020 Hacienda Dr Ste A, Vista CA 92081
“The employees did a fantastic job assisting us and getting to know us. One of them, Ethan, I believe is truly passionate about working there and he is very knowledgeable about the topic. As an avid board gamer, this place was truly paradise. There were so many unique games, expansions, and accessories that blew us away. We will be sure to travel back to the area to visit again!”

“I recently had an exceptional experience at Arc-Zone that truly highlighted the value of excellent customer service. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool! This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I can't recommend Arc-Zone enough. Thank you, Lucas, for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be back!”

“Riley was very patient and super nice. I decided to make my very first purchases of silver rounds at his shop and my experience was great. Quick, easy and great prices. This is my local shop very convenient for me. I will continue to take my business to them every chance I get.”

“I just wanted to give Michaels in Vista 5 stars all the way around. Every time I go in, all of the employees are pleasant and the shopping experience has been excellent. My recent interaction with Fred who works in the frame shop was also 5 stars as well. He was very professional and interested in providing exceptional service. Great job everyone!”

“The store was very clean. The people that I spoke to were very kind. So they get five stars for being at Michael’s. But I was very surprised. There was no fabric at this Michaels.”
