Home Improvements in San Marcos, CA

“Dawn is a one woman show. She can provide whatever areas of materials for your home improvement project you need. Her prices are good and her follow-up was great when we didn't get a delivery she continued to call the supplier until the material showed up at the door. I appreciated her input and help. If you have a contractor for a job that you need quality materials for at a good price call Freedom Flooring. It's much more than flooring.”

“Lupita you deserve this awesome review and more keep up the hard work!! Lupita was a total standout in the Self‑Serve area. When I ran into issues checking out — especially with an item that wouldn’t scan and seemed impossible to resolve — she stepped in immediately with focus and determination. She didn’t just point me somewhere else or leave me stuck. She stayed right there with me, working through every option until she found a solution.

What really hit me was how she refused to give up. She kept troubleshooting, checking the system, trying different approaches, and making sure I wasn’t left without answers. She made it clear she wasn’t walking away until everything was taken care of. That kind of dedication is rare.

On top of that, she took great care of me the entire time. She kept me informed, made sure I felt supported, and turned what could’ve been a frustrating moment into a smooth, positive experience. Her energy, her persistence, and her commitment to making sure I left happy were truly outstanding.”
