“Since Arnold's Jewelry went out of business in Pasadena, we've been desperately searching for a replacement jeweler. At last, we found one in Kraemer W M F Jewelers! I needed a miniscule diamond replaced in my anniversary ring, and the gentleman at the counter (I think he was the owner) couldn't have been more accommodating. And reasonably priced!!! He not only replaced the diamond, he also checked all the stones for stability and polished the entire ring for a low 2-figure amount. I plan on returning to Kraemer W M F Jewelers to have my other rings checked and cleaned. Can't recommend highly enough!”

Excellence, quality, beauty - these are the things that come to mind when we think of Orgell. And all those years, over a decade, of our kids growing up in front of the store on Two Rodeo. So many memories, and as someone said, the Best is Yet to Come! Long live the legendary Orgell!!”

“I would 100000% give 5 stars to STEPHANIE SHE IS AMAZING. Goes above and beyond and is so sweet cannot speak highly enough of her. Why I rated 4 stars … the rest of the staff … jeez.. Prindell, relax and watch your tone dude. What is your actual problem. Also doesn’t know how long his lunch break is when I asked to speak to someone to praise them he was very dismissive and rather rude. Horrible energy, made me want to leave immediately. Get a new job if you don’t like it there! anyways Stephanie CARRIES that whole team on her back she is outstanding.”
