“I had a really good experience getting my 4 month old daughters ears pierced at coby Madison jewelers. Debbie was super sweet and kind and took her time. I was so nervous because baby had cried so bad with her vaccines and I was scared it would be the same with the piercing. I feel like Debbie spent more time reassuring me than she took piercing baby LOL. She had toys to keep baby entertained and she didn't even flinch with either ear. I was so relieved. Thank you again Debbie it was such a wonderful experience 10/10 recommend.”

“I highly recommend this Jewelry store. I was visiting my daughter in Monrovia and I broke a prong on my ring on the way to her house. I stopped in this store on a Monday and explained that I was only in Monrovia for a week. The two gentlemen who worked there looked at my ring and said they could fix the prong. I asked if it could also be made a half size larger as it has gotten a little tighter. The gentleman working the counter measured my finger. The jeweler gave me a quote that was very reasonable and told me it would be done on Wednesday. They called me the next day and told me my ring was already done!!!!! He did an amazing job. It looks beautiful and feels great.”

“I was going to go to another jewelry shop but they were unexpectedly closed! I was so bummed until I found this place on Yelp!I called ahead and they were open!I am so glad I came here because Jeffrey was very helpful AND my 4 rings were ready the next day!! So fast!I needed 4 different (mostly silver) rings to be resized bigger. He gave me a deal since I had so many rings (4 for $40 instead of his usual $45 per a ring).There was no price difference for if I needed them smaller vs. bigger.I was so happy to get all 4 rings back and they all fit me!! The two fake silver rings are discolored on the bottom but he warned me it would look different.I am happy with the turnaround time and that I can finally wear my precious rings!”

My entire experience working with this business was absolutely delightful, and I honestly cannot rate it highly enough.There was never any pressure of pushing me to make a decision or selling me something. Instead I was given honest opinions and pros and cons regarding the requests I was making for my custom design. Which was much appreciated, and working alongside someone who is just as excited to make your design a reality was really uplifting.They were not overpriced and warranty they offered, even though I brought an outside gemstone, really shows that they stand by their work. Other places I checked with were only willing to offer 2-3 year warranties on their settings because I would be using an outside gemstone.Quality of work was ?. All the details were cut by hand which gives all the details in my ring great clarity. Working with this business I could clearly tell they take great pride in their work, and seeing the results myself I can definitely say they should be. My go-to is always the card section, where I invariably find a card for an upcoming birthday or, even better, the perfect card for a friend who could use a pick-me-up or a good laugh. Jean was very helpful in showing me options and I finally decided to replace the clasp. I asked if I could wait for it (I’d walked there) and he immediately went to the back and did the work. He once spent over half an hour with me, laboring over a watch that was incredibly important to me but had a delicate, damaged screw forcing its battery compartment closed. Sam's care saved the watch and made me a lifelong customer, especially because I had been shooed away earlier from another shop because my watch seemingly wasn't valuable enough. “I feel really satisfy for the service in here. I did a resizing service in here 2 years ago for my Citizen watch and switched my battery for 2 other watches that were only $29 (no additional tax). After 2 years, the battery is not working and the price only grows up from $7 to $9. Considering the significant inflation, this is a really friendly price. What I feel satisfy the most is not just the affordable price, but the passion from the owner. He looks really knowledgeable about watches and is willing to spend time to assist your need. For the resizing service, he is more than happy to adjust the right size for you after a while, care whether you feel comfortable on your wrist, instead of asking you to pay for another resizing fee. You can see a little plastic bag to store your chain. My watch is not working after switching battery for the first time. Then the owner try one more time when he saw me little disappointed of it. It is working on the second time and he even helps me to clean up the scratch for my plastic mirror. Can not say more thank you than that and makes my date. His wife is also welcoming for all customers and they look really happy for running their business”
