The UPS Store in San Marino offers packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. It is locally owned and operated. The store is clean, neat, and tidy with ample street parking in the front. It is located next to a Starbucks and is open on Sundays. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, and helpful with a great attitude. Service is smooth and very easy, allowing for quick visits. The store itself is described as pricey. Regarding COVID-19, social distancing is not enforced and masks are optional for customers and some staff. Hand sanitizer is available, but they are not sanitizing between customers. Proof of vaccination is not required. They do not offer special promotions and do not allow pets unless it is a service animal. They accept both cash and credit cards with no minimum.
Very professional and efficient with all services each time I come. I have come to this UPS store for shipping, Amazon.com returns and other shipping, notary signatures, and passport photos. I have always had a more positive experience here than anywhere else. At this point, I won't go anywhere else.
