“Park Place San Mateo is a beautiful property to live at. They have recently reinvested a ton into the property and it is an absolute gorgeous place to walk and explore. The staff is incredibly friendly. Mike Is always super responsive when it comes to service requests and John And his staff is amazing at addressing any concerns residence may have. I highly recommend Park Place San Mateo.”

Maintenance requests are always done quickly and well! for example, I put in a request last Friday, within an hour Jorge from maintenance came up and resolved the issue. He was very friendly and efficient .
The building is also very pet friendly. Maria always greets my dog and creates a very friendly environment. Overall, great place to live at!”
“I lived in this apartment for about five years and had a truly great experience. The management team is outstanding, having lived in several luxury apartments before, I can confidently say this was the most responsive management I’ve had. I rarely needed maintenance since nothing really broke, but on the few occasions I did, they showed up within a couple of hours.
The neighborhood is very safe and extremely walkable, with easy access to Caltrain. If you’re lucky enough to get a second floor unit like I did, the oversized patio/deck is a huge bonus, perfect for hosting BBQs and incredibly convenient for going back and forth to the pool.
You’ll hear some Caltrain noise, but that’s unavoidable if you want to live close to downtown and caltrain. While the building itself is older, all the units are renovated, clean, and well maintained. I recommended this apartment to several friends, and they’ve also been happily living here for years. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it.”
