Very strange situation with online orders. the order was made to the store's address in order to avoid the theft of an expensive parcel under the door of the house. I was waiting for the laptop and daily monitored the status of delivery to the store in the morning at lunch and in the evening. All the time there was a notification that you should wait for a notification that you are ready to pick up in the store. The next day after the expected delivery date, the status changed to the order being canceled by me or the waiting period in the store expired, refund complete. I did not receive notifications, SMS, or messages. No one knows the reasons why the goods disappeared and they say that I did not come to pick it up and we most likely sent it back to the warehouse. They offered to order a new one. The refund did not occur, and an additional message appeared indicating that it was being sent to my home address. The staff at the store doesn't know anything about this. There is still no tracking number for the order. I don’t understand anything at all, but I feel stupid, to put it mildly. Feedback is extremely poorly organized; the staff either does not have appropriate access or is not trained, although everyone was polite.

Really bad customer service. Had to wait and then after I waited the person still didn't want to help me. It was an Indian lady who decided that I didn't have the money to actually buy an ipad.

Made an appointment at the Genius Bar to fix shattered rear glass in my iPhone. Apple tech was friendly and efficient. Phone fixed in less than 3 hours and with Apple Care I was only charged $29!! Great service and fast!!

We needed to come in for a repair of my daughter’s phone. They took us in right on time. Kevin was our helper and he was awesome! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And also patient while we had to update the iCloud backup. Thanks, Kevin, for your help and for making this such a nice experience!

A landmark at Hillsdale Mall, anchoring the open square that is fast becoming the Union Square of San Francisco. Water fountain, fantastical lights, kids play area, trendy stores, overlooking terrace with fireplace, and yummy food court and restaurants. Oh my!

Friendly staff all around. Kent was super friendly, gave me the Apple Vision Pro demo, and it was amazing! He was very enthusiastic about the product, but honestly, why wouldn’t you be?

Olivia and Aries were awesome! I came in to get a screen protector for my iPhone, but also had questions about sizing for my Vision Pro that I picked up earlier that day. They were super attentive, and Olivia went out of her way to set me up with an additional fitting after applying my screen protector. Aries was then the person assisting me with the fitting and was super personable and held a great conversation as a passionate and knowledgeable Apple employee. I was able to figure out the my light seal was indeed too small, and multiple employees informed me on the process of swapping/exchanging sizes. I came back later, and Olivia was there again to help me. She looked up my light seal size and saw that they unfortunately didn’t have the size in store, but guided me to Burlingame where I was able to fortunate y do the swap there! Aside from those two, the rest of the team was exceptional as well and I was receiving the same info from everyone else. If some were unsure on how the new day one process work with the AVP, they were able to ask a colleague and point me in the right direction.

The worse of apple store. Not well trained and arrogant. Went to buy iPhone and wanted to use my apple line of credit. The person helping was made scornfully remarks. He asked me you don't have even iPhone. He made other stupid remarks and I didn't know if he was racist or ignorant.

Shout out to Romi, might have misspelled his name, for earning the one star! You deserve it, man.Romi is incredibly inattentive, rude and passive aggressive. The weird thing is everything started off fine. I bought a phone case and it was brought out no problem. My wife need a screen protector so Romi requested one from the back and while we waited for it to be brought up he began helping other customers, not a problem. When they brought the screen protector I noticed he sent it back. I asked him if everything was okay and he mentioned he ordered the wrong one, not a problem but I did let him know we were in a bit of a hurry, he responded, "You could always come back another time." I let him know that we weren't doing that as we were already there... He proceeded to order the wrong screen protector TWO additional times for a total of THREE wrong requests to his teammates. After the third time I asked him to please pay closer attention to what he was doing.A wonderful employee whose name I unfortunately I don't remember noticed the tension and stepped in (female/ Latina). She ordered the screen protector and was quickly brought out. The employee that brought it out unfortunately handed it to Romi and when the wonderful employee asks for it, Romi rudely throws it on the table instead of handing it to her. At that point I had had enough and let him know his behavior was unacceptable and rude. This young lady ordered the screen protector and installed it on our phone in less than 5 minutes. Give her a raise, fire Romi. As a small local business owner I would be horrified to have someone like Romi on my team. This all happened on 12/17/2023.

I came by to see what was wrong with my wife’s watch, was told my appt was at 630. I was right on time. The worker asked if I received a text, I said no. She told me I was bumped to 720 and I should not have come without a text. So it is my fault when I show up on time? I guess you pay extra to be wrong by showing up on time.

I bought a MACBOOK PRO 13 INCH. The solder that was suppose to hold the WIFI wires in place disconnected. I spoke with a employee there and he said that they could not fix it and that I would have to buy a NEW Apple laptop to resolve my problem. I am homeless and I don't even have any money for food. Today is Sunday DECEMBER 17, 2023... SANTA... Please HELP ME.

My husband was having issues with his Iphone screen all day. We decided to go to the Hillsdale Mall Apple Store. We were greeted right away and offered help, but when the person assisting us looked at the iPhone the issue magically disappeared, which was awesome. Highly recommend coming here for great service and awesome store ambience.
