I just left and I’m SUPER PISSED because this is the 4th store I went to today—Burlingame, tanforan, hillsdale mall, and finally here. I spent 2 hours on the phone with ATT business customer service and KAYE was able to fix my phone in FIVE freakin minutes. Thank god cuz I was going to rip hair out. Thanks Kaye.

San Mateo/Hillsdale Store. Was met at front door by Virgil. My current phone has been damaged. I picked out my new phone and Virgil he set it up and then a miracle after a lot of work he figured it out. It backed up everything. This store is amazing the Manager Ollancio came over we discussed getting internet set up appointment. Was a great experience.

Went here to order a WiFi extender for my internet service after researching online where to buy one. They told me they do not sell them and speak to someone online in customer support. I then spoke to online support and they told me to go to the store to buy the extender. Awful customer service.

I was helped immediately by a nice staff member, and then Chris was able to facilitate reconnecting my new phone to my existing plan. It was extremely quick and I’m super pleased with the customer service there. Thank you Chris!!!!!

Iysis (Izzy) was arguably the most empathetic and helpful sales associate we’ve ever dealt with. We were sold a defected phone at the Redwood City AT&T location and they would not take it back within the 14 day return period. In fact, they sent us to Apple, Apple said it was defected, we went back to Redwood City AT&T and Manuel said “there is nothing I can do for you”. The only great thing they did for us was sent us to San Mateos AT&T.
Iysis and Miguel (store manager) took care of our exchange without a single issue. We cannot thank her enough. Superb customer service that restored our trust back into this company.

Unfortunately I can't give it zero stars because I would. I went in to trade my phone and they had nothing I wanted in stock and the employee barely gave eye contact. I really don't think the kid wanted to be there. Maybe the company needs to pay their employees more; I don't know, but it was really awful Customer Service. Told me the phone I wanted was in stock at a different store in Belmont. So I drove there and they didn't have it in stock there either. Was given incorrect information.

Just upgraded my IPhone at the ATT store on Hillsdale. Katie was awesome! Took care of transferring all my old data, apps, etc and connecting to my watch as well. Highly recommend her!
