Unfortunately I can't give it zero stars because I would. I went in to trade my phone and they had nothing I wanted in stock and the employee barely gave eye contact. I really don't think the kid wanted to be there. Maybe the company needs to pay their employees more; I don't know, but it was really awful Customer Service. Told me the phone I wanted was in stock at a different store in Belmont. So I drove there and they didn't have it in stock there either. Was given incorrect information.

Just upgraded my IPhone at the ATT store on Hillsdale. Katie was awesome! Took care of transferring all my old data, apps, etc and connecting to my watch as well. Highly recommend her!

Last night's trip to the ATT store was by far the best experience that I've had. EVER!Our Hillsdale Mall store representative, Virgil was AMAZING! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service for sure! Kudos to Virgil.

Hire more staff. Current staffs are over stretched. Adding a self check-in station might be helpful. Appreciative of the staffs to always be supportive with a smile and be as attentive as they can. Thank you to the lady manger, Alex, Virgil, and Jen last few days.

I came right after closing for an online order pick up. I thought I was arriving an hour before but I got my hours wrong. The gentleman opened the gate back up to me and I was able to pick up my order. He did to gave to but he chose to, which I truly appreciate. I had my Pomeranian Penelope with me who was also glad he chose to help us. I want to say his name was Jorge but I am not 100%. This was a week before Christmas. Thank you so much.

We went in to get a person transferred to our family plan. A sales representative turned us down because the plan owner wasn't there. We ended up going to a different AT&T store and got the transfer without any problems. The other store said an authorized user is sufficient and there's no need to bring in the plan owner. This is also what I remembered since we transferred before without the plan owner. I hope your representatives can get more familiar with your services in the future.

I am very happy here. Customer service is fantastic and they are always ready to help. I remember that this store manager was glad to help me to solve my problems which was left by another att store. Especially, Sanjana, she is very nice, professional and helpful. She remembers my names at the first time when I was there.

It took more than 90 minutes to switch from prepaid to postpaid accounts, and the staff was not knowledgable about various issues we ran into, and complained that helping me took longer than expected and cost her the opportunity to serve other customers. At the end, I have to talk to the manager to get to know how to access my wireless account.

Worst possible experience. 45 mins waiting and seeing no one employee was willing to even look at me. I am a middle age Asian and I am 2nd on the waiting list, and some customers just walked in after me and got questions answered, and no one even asked why I came in.

This AT&T location at the southern end of Hillsdale Shopping center is the worst of the worst. I wish there was a way I could give it 0 stars. This past Saturday, I had a 10:00A appointment at opening time for the store. Store did not open until 11:50A, when this roly poly manager named Angie finally arrived to open the store. No reason given and no apology given. There was an employee waiting outside with us who let us know only the manager has the key and was the only one who could open the store. He quickly retreated to the far reaches of the parking lot to wait in his car. Why I even waited, I don't know. I've experienced better service at United Airlines and American Airlines at SFO and that's not saying much. Anyway, when we got inside, I told this employee who was assigned to me that I would go the San Bruno Towne Center store or the store on Gellert Blvd at Alto Serramonte to do my phone upgrade, as there was no sense in being upset and trying to buy a new phone.` Moral of this story is, avoid this AT&T location at all costs until AT&T corporate does major house cleaning at this location.

Maria was great. She not only helped me find a solution to my problems. She was thinking for me on how to save some money on the bills. I have had great experience at the Hillsdale store. Every AT&T employee I interacted with at this store had been great. Kudos to your hiring/training process. And of course kudos to the manager of this store.
