“I'm always needing a last minute part. Only reason I can't give it a five star is the motorcycle batteries I buy are pretty much shot in about a year ish. BUT, I always get attentive service , and when all the auto parts stores were closed one night, I unexpectedly decided, as a last resort, to look for a nut for my bike flange absolutely knowing they wouldn't carry just nuts, BUT THERE THEY WERE! And I needed them so desperately that night to get my bike home. So thanks O'Reilly for stocking those hidden gems.”

“Eduardo is a great employee. I was on my way out to watch my nephew play baseball and it's an hour away and all of a sudden my check engine light came on and my car was making a horrible sound. It is very old. I turned around and went straight to O'Reilly because I remembered that they could hook up their machine to let you know what is wrong with the engine. I'm so glad I did. Eduardo helped me so much, he didn't have to do what he did but, he did! He told me what the problem was, he even did some research on his cell phone to figure it out on my particular make and model and he had one part left in stock, which was an ignition coil and he offered to help me put it in as well. I couldn't appreciate it more! I had to go back and give him a gift card because I was so appreciative. Great service, thanks again, Eduardo!”

“For the second time in a row, I received customer service that was over and above anything I could have asked for. The first time, I had Jarrod’s help, and this time I was fortunate to have Gabriel helping me. I needed coolant and just thought I could walk in, purchase it, and pour it into my car myself. Gabriel, in order to give me the best information, followed me out to my car with a flashlight and saw that I did need coolant. He also said he was going to research it and that he would be right back. He checked with a mechanic friend of his and told me that it was too dangerous for me to top off the coolant myself. He said the car needed to be absolutely cold to the touch, and that if I took it across the street first thing in the morning to the Firestone place, they could do it, and for free!!! He was absolutely correct, he saved me from potentially getting burned, and he saved me $20.00 by not purchasing the coolant at O’Reilly’s!!!!! I will always return to this Millbrae O’Reilly’s for everything car related. Period.”

“The guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts come through EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time I needed new batteries for a keyless entry system for a CRV, and Yafeth and Seth came through. Yafeth found the batteries and helped me take the fob apart. And, when I was trying to put the new battery in, all the little pieces came out, and Seth put them back in and replaced the old battery with a new one I bought. Seriously friendly, non-judgmental professional service. I am SO grateful for the guys at O'Reilly!!”

“Just had a great experience this morning with Peninsula Battery. My car battery completely crapped out so I needed a mobile delivery/installation. Daniel helped me on the phone and coordinated everything for me with his driver. Once I met with the driver, he was able to put in my battery very quickly and send me on my way. My first google search result directed me to Curbee and RepairSmith, both of which were over $100+ more than what I was quoted from Peninsula Battery.”
