“I had an excellent experience with Musa and the team at SMT Auto Repair in San Mateo. I brought my Mercedes Benz in to have a damaged bumper repaired and was extremely pleased with their professionalism, prompt service, and attention to detail.
The shop was exceptionally clean and organized, which says a great deal about the care and pride they take in their work. I also appreciated that they protected the driver’s seat and floor with coverings while working on my car. When I picked it up, the interior had even been cleaned.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the level of service I received. I feel confident that SMT Auto Repair is who I will call anytime I need auto body work in the future. Highly recommend!

“I had a great experience taking my Subaru
to Nor Cal Automotive. Phil promptly responded to my inquiry about changing my brake pads (which I’d been putting off) and replacing my CVT fluid. I’d been shopping around, but other shops either didn’t respond or gave me the runaround.
We scheduled a drop-off before work. Phil inspected the car, discovered my rotors were damaged, sent a photo, and gave me options to polish or replace them. I chose polishing, and it was awesome that he could handle it in-house instead of sending it out.
He provided a clear estimate, I approved the work, and he kept me updated with texts throughout the day. Everything was completed before I got off work. The brakes felt great, rotors looked smooth, and the CVT fluid change was done. The communication was top-notch , and the whole process felt stress-free.
I highly recommend Phil and Nor Cal Automotive for honest, efficient, and great service. I’ll most definitely be back when I need my car to be serviced again.”

“All Car Auto is fantastic! I initially took my car there for some insurance repair work, and it looked great when the work was finished. Unfortunately, about a week later, the same car was damaged again in another area, so I brought it back in for a quote.
They were able to save me thousands of dollars by finding a salvaged replacement part that was in excellent condition. The communication, coordination, and quality of work were all excellent. Plus, their estimate was significantly better than the two other estimates we received.
Larry, the Operations Manager, is responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am now a loyal customer if I have any future auto body repair jobs.”

“Recommended by an acquaintance in SF, made the drive and not disappointed! Our van had a leak and the Autotronics team was able to assess and fix the issue at a very reasonable price within an hour. They have a very legit set up and a team of techs who were able to lift the van and seek the issue. On a side note right down the street is the 120 year old Takahashi Market, a perfect spot to get a snack while waiting. I definitely recommend autotronics to anyone who needs a service and honest work done.”

Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”

“Paul is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He repaired a ton of rust and repainted my car- a 1973 BMW 2002. He was very helpful and flexible in aiming to keep the costs of the restoration in check, and quite reasonable and understanding when the engine rebuild was delayed at another shop. Paul is honest, almost to a fault, but i very much appreciated his sincere attempts to ensure i was happy with the work while not breaking the bank. He is a bit eccentric, which is a plus as far as I'm concerned given the number of personalities that get absorbed by larger corporate shops. The customer service and workmanship were exceptional. I was tight on time and they got out of their way to fix my car in just 5 days, one day ahead of their promise.
