“Took my old bike in for a tune-up, they did a fantastic job! Took care of a long standing issue and they were really kind about my ability to pick it up. They're busy with rentals on the weekend so if you're local help them out by taking it during the week if you can. Price was about the same as my old shop where I used to live.”

“Honestly, Matt is just the best! I've been trusting him with my triathlon bike for repairs, upgrades, and tune-ups for about three years now. And seriously, thanks to him, I've never had a mechanical problem in any of my races. That's huge for peace of mind!
Recently, I got a new road bike, and he did an awesome job putting on a new cassette and making sure everything was running super smoothly. He's usually able to get things done really fast, which is a lifesaver. What I really appreciate about Matt is how incredibly honest he is – if something's an easy fix or not even necessary, he'll just tell you straight up. Plus, he's just a genuinely cool and friendly guy, always a pleasure to chat with.”
“I'd give 10 stars for the owner. He's clear, responsive, and communicates well. I just had a high-end tri bike shipped out from Veloro and couldn't be happier. There aren't many shops where when they say it's will be done, it's done on time and done well!
Now, I plan to bring all my bikes in for service and look into getting a new fitting at Veloro! Veloro is now my go-to shop!

“Love this shop! We purchased two new bikes for Christmas. Was warmly welcomed by Timothy as soon as we entered. Saul came over to join and asked us questions to lead us to the right bikes while being both helpful and patient. We ended up with the perfect bikes. We picked them up on Christmas Eve. At that time, I brought in a TLR tire not keeping its air and Julian stopped with the bike he was working on and did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. The culprit was a loose valve stem and core. I have ridden the tire over rough and dirty roads on a 2-hour ride with no problems. Great Job guys! Highly recommend this Woodside Bike Shop Annex. --”
