Best case scenario! Phoned ahead, needed cloth rim tape, tubes, and BTW the cassette swapped out. Was met at the shop and 15 minutes later, everything was done. No attitude, no BS, just extremely competent and professional support. If I could live next to a bike shop, I'd choose this one!

Helpful and friendly, the person at the shop gave me some advice about my bike. Got a tube and a used tire for a reasonable price. Also was a super cute shop!
