Today I thought I would write a reviiew for CVS Pharmacy. I come here to get prescriptiom drugs, hair and beauty products for my family, and holiday stuff. It's been around forever and looks a bit outdated. When I walk in this store, I feel like the buzzards are circling. Once Amazon fully figures out their online pharmacy, I'm not sure if CVS will exist in 10 years. Enjoy the nostalgia while you can!

CVS pharmacy on Hillsdale Boulevard in Foster city has a designated customer restroom, which has been closed and out of order for 10 months. For the size of the store and the designation as a pharmacy for people who are often coming in for medication's because they're ill not to have a working bathroom is horrific , and not to have a working bathroom in over 10 months is inexcusable. I will be checking with Foster City building department and code enforcement to see who if he was an operating license for this pharmacy??????? How could this be going on for all these months? how?

Today I went to this stupid CVS to get photo passport, I called first to get sure they afford this service , it was the most horrible experience ever , the little Asian guy ( has no badge on his T-Shirt so no name) is absolutely rude , I asked him to see the photo before printing it out , he told me that he will show me the pic first on computer but he did not , he printed out the pics and when I asked him why you did not show me the pics he start barking like a crazy dog saying “ get out of here or take the photos” I addressed the speech to other elderly Asian ( he has no badge on his Uniform so no name) who works at cashier but he started waving his hand like a clown asking me to stop talking , is this stupid CVS owned by those rude !!! Hell no , switch to Walgreens

The worst experience ever. They don’t know how to do their work right.I was there to pick up my prescription and D, Choi said my insurance is no longer active even though I assured him it is. I called my insurance and they said it is active. After long time, they found out that CVS has the wrong label on my medicine.After all this wait, I was told that only one of my prescription is ready and not the second one. So I also need to wait more.After the wait Jenny came to tell me that the second medicine is actually over the counter and it’s not covered by my insurance.So basically, the first medicine was ready long time ago, they had the label issue which I had to wait for it to be fixed. Then after it was fixed they asked me to wait more for a medicine that is over the counter.They didn’t apologize about it, they were so rude and they asking me if I have any questions instead of apologizing, and they said their manager is not there, maybe that’s why?If they just apologized instead of being rude like they did nothing wrong, I would’ve smiled, said it’s ok it happens, and walked away.What a terrible experience. I will definitely call the corporate to file a complaint.Avoid this pharmacy with all cost.

What's there to say about CVS? This one is well sized, well stocked, has a travel-size aisle (my fav) and a couple of self-service checkout options. Right across from Leo J. Ryan park so buy your face wash and then go for a stroll!

Bad customer service. Item marked at the aisle is not the same at checkout. The manager at this store ( An Indian lady) does not know what is going on in the store, where items are, why prices are different for identical items and they are placed at the same spot. Be cautious.

Awful service! Had an appointment at 1pm took 2 hours just to get a vaccination. Pharmacist was so rude and unhelpful.

If I could have given 0 stars i would have, I'm so disappointed. I had scheduled a RSV vaccine a week ago and was told by the clerk at the pharmacy that they had ran out a week ago. No apology was given. A text message or phone call, just to let me know they were out of this vaccine would have been nice. As I was leaving 2 other people were behind me also had scheduled the RSV vaccine. They heard that they were out, they were also angry and disappointed. I'm going home to schedule at a different pharmacy, but I will call the morning of before I leave to make sure it is in stock.

I have experienced how bad the pharmacy of the store was when I tried to pick up the described medicine for my son and covid tests for my family. The guy who wore a white blouse (maybe a pharmacist) was taking my information, was very unprofessional. He was yelling at his colleagues, and rudely acting like he did not have time for me!!!Also, my son’s medicine was not even ready even though I was waiting at the store for a while. They did not bother to call my phone number to let me know that they ran out of it. When I came back to check, they said I had to come back another day or go to CVS at Target if I want it. Why are you wasting people's time, CVS’s pharmacy?The restroom here is horrible. They have only ONE restroom with 2 stalls for both men and women, including kids (girls and boys). What????? My daughter wanted to use the restroom and I was glad that I took her to find out that this restroom is not safe. There was already a man who was there and using another stall when we got in. Why don't they have 2 separate restrooms for men and women? There are a lot of “mentally sick” people in the world and I don't feel safe letting my daughters or even me to use the same restroom with men.

One of the worst places to be. We ordered the pictures and canvas for my daughter's graduation party. Only one person is trained. All pictures were blurry. Made me go there 2 days. Waited in the shop for 2 hours. Bad customer service. No real value for customer's time.

If I could give a zero I would Today is Easter Sunday They had signs up in the seasonal aisle Stating everything was 50 % off When I got to the register nothing was on sale The staff called multiple people and no one could tell me why it wasn't on sale even though the signs say 50% off

Poor communication, inability to get medications in stock in a timely fashion, and a general air of dysfunction are the hallmarks of this CVS location.
