Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. He tracked down the one remaining set in Texas and had it shipped to him. Now my van feels new!!Kieran worked hard to solve this problem and still just charged me a reasonable fee.”

They also flexed and supported my son with his flat tire a few months ago. Michael did an excellent job with checking me in and out! I live about 20 mins north and this will be the place I call when in need since they are flexible. Others closer to me either can’t fit me in or don’t have the tires.”

His customer service is consistently excellent: clear communication, honest recommendations, and a level of kindness that really stands out in the auto world.
Every employee I’ve interacted with here has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They don’t talk down to you, they explain what’s going on with your car, and they treat you with respect every single time. That alone keeps me coming back.
