“Malachi was super helpful and went with me to my car when the fix finder wasn't displaying the right codes. He also voluntarily thought to check my battery power and made some educated guesses as to what my problem could be while also printing out the report for my vehicle that the Fix Finder was able to retrieve. It's a busy day so it was nice to see him manage his time well with knowing when he should come out and help or explain to me what I had to do.”
