She was patient and informative throughout, and followed up quickly once we were ready to continue the process. Then we worked with Sherry and Gabrielle in Australia to customize the ring. They were happy to go back and forth with me until everything was to our liking. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. Finally, Victoria worked with me to pick out the perfect stone for the design. Overall everything went smoothly and was stress free!”

She guided me through their unique and original collection, making the whole experience a breeze. I especially loved that so many pieces are from local artists and use locally sourced, sustainable materials--that's really cool!
The items are not only beautiful but also very reasonably priced. I was so impressed by the thoughtful design in each piece and the sheer variety. The owner was incredibly patient, letting me take all the time I needed to choose, which made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision.

“As part of my Reiki practice at Healing Ki Wellness in San Ramon, I also provide an Energetic Alignment of Spaces. I was in search of crystals and out of all the many crystal shops near me, Stones Room 2 called out to me the loudest. My husband and I drove to Berkley and walked into the shop. It was immediately inviting..not overwhelming like many of these shops can be. The shop was kept neatly and was organized, products labeled with little que cards stating the benefits of each stone or crystal and it was a clean environment...a VIRGO like myself will certainly appreciate these qualities. The young lady at the counter was extremely polite and helpful and then we met the Owner. Let me say for both myself and my husband that we were so glad we met him and spent quite some time speaking with him about spirituality and kindness and crystals. They also own a second Stone Room in Albany which you should go visit. His wife works that shop and is equally humble and kind. If you are looking to add more color or geometric designs to your household, there's a drool-worthy section of constellation-inspired houseware (like salt cellars with stars on them) and beautiful basket planters all over the shop.”

“i just love this beautiful store, everywhere you look is something that makes you feel happy :) I visited Waterlilies last week and Ray was so sweet to help me wrap my new wind chimes and he didn't mind me tinkling all the chimes in the store.
I chose this wind chime because its tones are soothing and perfectly balanced—not too high to be irritating or deep (formal). The chimes resonate with a beautiful echo that lingers just long enough before fading into a faint, magical whisper.
The combination of wood, glass, and jade— harmonized and truly spoke to me, creating a sense of peace and connection.
I'll be checking their website for items I may have missed and will be back for new gloves and knee pads. Working on my garden, and this is a wonderful boutique to inspire me and Pamela is very creative with the space. I love family owned places because I love shopping local!!

Don't rush or you just might walk by the greatest treasure on earth. There is a little something for everyone here. And an awesome place for gifts.
I met Susan at a local gem show in Santa Rosa at her Lucky Handicraft booth. I can not imagine doing business with anyone else and knew that I must see her 2 stores.
Go full or pack snacks because this can be an all day event. Thankfully they have a bathroom for you to use.
Susan has always been so generous with me. She is very patient with me and I really like her as a person. The other staff members are very helpful. They do an excellent job of packing up your order and handling it with care.
From pocket rocks to statement pieces this store has it all and it's easy to go nuts in here. Impulse control, which, I had none today......LOL
They have a smaller store in Richmond and I visited both locations today.
No one will beat her prices, selection or legendary deals.
I can't wait to come back.
