Even though this is a small post office, it is often busy. Today I had a package that was delivered but before being delivered there was a mix up with my address. I received a notification saying they needed to verify my address. I called the post office (had to call repeatedly until someone picked up, they do get busy). I had the pleasure of speaking with a man named Aric, I believe, and he was able to track my package with its tracking code and saw the driver still had it, called him and luckily he was still in the area, so he came back to deliver it to me and verified my address with my ID. Saved me tons of time! Thank you so much! Both Aric and the delivery driver were very nice and professional.

I use daily digest for updates for my mail they said they delivered my social security card for my son it was nothing my mailbox and when I tried calling due to being in recovery for surgery no answer

When I go there in person, I'm able to be helped more efficiently. However, trying to reach them by phone proves impossible as it keeps ringing and ringing to no avail.

There is a black lady in this place who is super rude. She didn't even take my track number to check and she told me, "I don't know if your package is here. How should I know? If I don't even take my information, I invite people who have had the same thing happen to them." with her that they join together to see if they change personnel because it is not the first time that it has happened to me and it has also happened to many people, she is annoying and rude

The person called Brittani Lee who claim to be the supervisor at the Hilltop postal office was super rude, hung up the phone and didn’t want to help me find nor give me an answer on my lost package. This has been happening since the beginning of the year and no one seems to care. She told me she has more important problems to worry about than my packages.

The woman wasn't really willing to help she did not even check my info to look for a package ? that the USPS marked as delivered but my Locker ? was empty when I checked. Not the first time USPS mess up a package ? I'm done

I just wish my mail man could deliver my packages to the right address. THREE more packages this week were 'delivered' according to the tracking info, but I never got them. I have had this happen a few times before and I learned that my neighbors who must have received the packages instead do not return mail that does not belong to them. Plus the post office can apparently do nothing once the packages are listed as 'delivered', so I just lost another couple of hundred dollars worth of packages. They literally have one job, just to put the packages in the right mailbox. I think I will have to have my mail held at the post office and collect it myself, since I can't rely on the post office to deliver it to my address. Numbers should not be that complicated.
