Called 50 times over 4 days. Nobody ever answers the phone.

They gave my package to someone else who picked it up in person either they didnt check ID to match names or they got the wrong package by error, my package is missing very disappointed with this USPS

Waited for 30 minutes and nobody came to the door, even though it was supposed to be open from 10 to 5. I have a package from the IRS certified mail and I cannot retrieve it because nobody here wants to work.
