I’ve also noticed when I go to other Chase’s they don’t usually provide the same amount of good customer service so this one deserves good recognition! Thanks again!”

I like the small, intimate feel of this bank, so unlike the bigger “chain” banks. I’ve stayed with them through living in Ohio to living in West LA. “After calling and trying to find a Chase branch that can open my high schooler 's account. I secured an appointment at the Chase on 25th. Apparently, since covid there are not enough bankers available and am appointment is necessary. Gabriel J. was very patience and informative with myself and my kids. He explained everything in simple terms and showed my kids how to use the ATM. A big shout out to Gabriel! Thank you!”
