“I've been visiting this draw station for several months now and consistently noticed one lady being very helpful with checking in patients, stocking the processing room/draw stations/ restroom, making sure patients don't wait too long, answering questions etc. She's always doing something and she stands out. Today I had the pleasure of having her as my phlebotomist and I didn't even feel the stick. Monique is exceptional IMHO and from what I've seen, she's quite the example. ?”

“I want to leave a review for the phlebotomist who just drew my blood at Quest Diagnostics in San Pedro. Junior did an excellent job! I am usually a hard patient to work with, not to mention I had about three orders from different doctors that I absolutely needed to get done by today.Junior was amazing. He is an absolute pro. Usually, I have to sit there for 30 minutes just for a couple of tubes, but I never have that experience with Junior, and this time he really came through. It was quick, fast, and painless. He was also very thorough about aftercare instructions. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and I can tell he truly cares about the people that he’s working with and that he wants to help as much as he can. It’s always a pleasure to see him there!”

“I got sent here because they accepted Tricare, bless their hearts. I hate going to Wilmington for anything, so I wasn't expecting much at this Urgent Care. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. What impressed me the most was the Nurse Practitioners that treated me. I didn't catch one of their names but the one I did catch was Linda Takvorian. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and compassionate. Maybe I'm accustomed to military medical, but the way she cared for me is something I'll remember for a long time. Yes, it's in Wilmington, but this is the one place in that town I'll happily visit again. Also, they stop seeing patients after 4:00 pm everyday, even though they stay open until 7.”

“I've done pre employment screening in lots of places and been to this same one multiple times, and let me tell you this one is the best! Super fast, hardly ever has people in line waiting, the longest I've waited was 10 minutes. Most of the time they assist you as soon as you step inside the room. The only downfall is that they're pretty strict here like emptying out your pockets, don't flush the toilette until instructed to do so, can't wash your hands until instructed as well, but if you know you're clean and you know you're at 0% D&A, go here with confidence, get in and get out! get it done in no time!”

“I had such a painless experience I had to hop on google to immediately capture my review. I tried to see if I could snag a morning walk in at the other Torrance location on earl and they already had a long line out the door at 8am. I went online and luckily snagged an open 10:30am spot here! I checked in 10:30am, got a room at 11am, and was done by 11:10am. I asked how long I could stay since I was fasting and been up since 7am and brought some snacks. They moved me to an even more comfortable room with a bigger cushioned chair. The phlebotomist was extra kind and she made it soooo painless I barely even felt the needle! They told me to take my time with my snacks and made sure I wasn’t dizzy. Hot tip: check for same day appts morning of rather than night before due to cancellations and to keep checking in the morning. Don’t make the mistake of trying to get a walk-in even if certain locations take it, you’ll likely wait hrs or risk not getting any spots. Better to snag a same day appt as most locations get super busy.”

It’s not perfect every day, though—there was one time I had to wait at least three hours because it was very busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Still, they always do their best to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The staff here are very kind, especially Sheery and Diane.”
