I would highly recommend coming here.”
“Was running around all day and calling different places with no help for my 3 year old and they were so nice and willing to help me find what I needed and show me how to use it. Linda was the kindest person I had spoken to all day and super helpful. They were also super stocked up on things even baby medicine which has been so hard to find right now with this cold weather. Definitely recommend this place.”

“I have no complaints about this store at all. It's very clean & in a beautiful area of town and one thing I really love about this store since these days in San Pedro if u are a person that has to do there shopping and and run arons at later hours then the day shift most people must be on since no where is open at all after midnight anymore but guess what this store is open to 1am so don't stress thank the Lord or Ralphs because they are still open. That was a awesome thing to discover when I did. Open late , freindly employees, big clean store in a beautiful part of town. I'd recommend this store without a doubt to anybody.”

“So, my 9-month-old daughter ended up spending the night in the emergency room. Can you believe it? I had to rush to the pharmacy to get anti-nausea medication for my little one. But guess what? The pharmacy had already closed! Talk about a tough situation. But then, I met this incredible pharmacist named Nha. He noticed how stressed I was and went above and beyond to help me get the prescription for my daughter. It was such a lifesaver!”
“I manage my mom's prescriptions and she lives near this location so I transferred her prescriptions there about 4 years ago. I've not had a problem with her prescriptions -- maybe once but it was minor- and when I've gone into the store everyone has been pleasant. I agree it's annoying that the drive thru is closed unpredictably which is maddening as it's a little scary at night time to get out of my car but I understand that Covid and staffing issues have caused problems everywhere. I've gotten Covid vaccinations here and the staff has been nice and professional so no complaints there. The security guard is usually pleasant enough - I've been greeted nicely. I did once seen him follow some teens but he didn't harass them - just made his presence known. I can't say I've experienced any bad employees or seen them treat someone poorly so I'm kinda surprised all the negative reviews. The place is a little dirty sometimes but maybe because it's starting to age. For whatever it's worth, I've had no problems and staff is nice.”
“The CVS in San Pedro offers plenty of free parking, which is a big plus—though be warned, the lot is a bit chaotic, with cars moving fast, so you need to stay alert. Inside, the team stands out—friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. The store layout is organized, but it’s not the most pristine—you can tell they’re still recovering from some rough patches. Overall, great service, just keep an eye out in the parking lot.”
“Some of these reviews blow my mind. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’m confused about these negative reviews. There are signs posted everywhere about hours. Also they’ve been the same for 5 years. But it’s also listed on Google. Perhaps an employee “walked away” because they already answered all the questions and do not want to argue. Being a manager or customer service person doesn’t mean that they can change the facts, no matter how many times you ask nor deal with being berated.”

“I been locked into this money trap for over 2 years....but I must say that the friendly, professional staff here take the sting out of the payday advances that have trapped me. today for the first time ever in my experiences there, someone hit the play button on the lobby TV and I was astonished to hear more than a 5 sec sound clip on repeat...i swear it's been the same 5 second clip since September 2015. cheers to you miss pink hair for hitting the play button.”
