“Karla was the representative that assisted my son and I. Karla's customer service skills were exemplary. You should employ more representatives with the customer service skills that she possesses, she should be given a raise & promoted to a position to train your representatives in-store and phone representatives.She was finishing up with another client but addressed us as soon as we entered the storeOnce she was done with the other client, she introduced herself and asked our reason for the visit. She immediately started to address our needs and she didn't stop until everything was taken care of. Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by me she had to re-address some areas that were already completed on both my phone & my son's phone.
