“Services are great here. Been coming here for a good few times now.
Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.
Customer care and service are excellent and will continue coming back to this location.”
“The employees and the owner of this beautiful phone shop are amazing. They are very organized and have wonderful items in there. They also do repairs and also have like a mobile phone service. I was able to get a SIM card with a cheaper line with Fast 5G data. They currently have a $204 line for the whole year for unlimited data. That’s like $17 a month. You can’t really beat that in Wireless companies. They were so helpful fixing my phone, grabbing my accessories and giving me a awesome service that I had to cancel T-Mobile because they were charging me a lot”
“First off, I wanna say, this place really wants to help you any way possible. That being said, I believe they need to really get on their game on e-sim activations. Luckily I was given a QR code on a card, and I was able to figure out on how to activate the service on my account. All I did was use my phone's camera (google lens), and scanned the QR code that was on the card they gave, and bammm, my service was activated. I plan on going to the store and let them know what I did, so that they learn something that I learned. Win win for every body. Oh, and by the way, staff and employee's there are the best, and the security guard there is a good guy who offers you water, and ask, is everything good? Also, this store plays great smooth jazz.”

“Reginald was absolutely amazing. he stayed with my family and i the entire time and answered all of our questions making sure that we understood everything and that we were okay with the process. truly have never had a better experience than i did at an at&t with reginald. i wish i could have told the manager how amazing he was and he definitely made sure we were all happy. if i ever need to go to an at&t in the future, i will come back to this one and specifically ask for reginald:) kudos to him!”

“Sha helped me at the store. He was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and the whole time he had such a pleasant demeanor and a smile on his face. I highly recommend this store to repair your phones. Mine was an iPhone and he repaired it with iPhone parts. The price was also reasonable.”
