“This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. He didn’t just answer my questions, he broke everything down clearly, gave me his honest opinion on the device I was considering, and made sure I truly understood my options.
What really stood out is that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. His priority was genuinely helping me and my family get the absolute most value out of our plan. He strategized with me, showed me ways to maximize benefits, and made sure we walked out with the best setup possible, brand new devices and all, without feeling pressured for a second.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares more about the customer than the commission, but that’s exactly the vibe Gio gives off. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Gio. You won’t regret it.”
“I had such an outstanding experience with Robbie E at T-Mobile!
The first time I came in to buy a phone for my business, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Later, I returned for some technical advice. Even though the wait in the queue was long, Robbie helped me quickly and went above and beyond by showing me additional tips and features on my phone that I didn’t even know about.
At one point, I mentioned that if I couldn’t get something resolved, I might check with other stores. Well, I did — and honestly, none of the other agents were as knowledgeable or as helpful as Robbie. That’s when I realized how exceptional he really is.
So I went back to him for help unlocking my old used Verizon phone. Without hesitation, and with a genuinely welcoming attitude, he helped me far beyond my expectations. What impressed me most? He never once asked for a review like some others do. His service was simply authentic and professional.
I made sure to remember his name because I knew one day I’d want to publicly recognize his expertise and attitude in the T-Mobile industry.

“I walked in to get some details on my bill and I was greeted with a huge, “WELCOME!” There were about 6 staff members in store and they all said it together on course. It was one of the best grand entrances filled with the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile or any cellphone store. I was assisted right away and when the next person walked in they all said, “Welcome!” And went back to what they were doing. But this is the customer service that’s been missing for years. Who ever is behind this type of energy KUDOS! I don’t know if it’s a corporate initiative, area/district manager initiative or store manager decision but keep it up and promote whoever is behind this! Even the lady who helped me I didn’t get her name I think she may have had reddish hair but she was so nice and answered all my questions. Fantastic job T-Mobile -Torrance (Crenshaw/Artesia), you guys are rocking the customer experience. More companies need this type of lead by example customer service culture. You guys delivered on first class service. Great work and well done.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. He was able to program and install a physical SIM card to activate the iPhone. This allowed me access to restore his email and reset his passwords. “John, the owner is a very sharp and helpful man. After I spent many hours with boost trying to get my new phone SIM card transfer working. I went to John and he had a selection of SIM cards as well as he was able to look up the proper application. It was only $30 for the SIM card and professional service. When I called local boost mobile stores they wanted $75 to do the same.”
