I always seem to end up with animals that have special needs, whether it's allergies, or sensitive stomachs, or IBD and Stephanie has been so amazing. When she didn't carry the kind of food that met the needs of my old GSD mix, she did some research and found a good food that he would be able to eat and ordered it for us. I appreciate that they make time for you when you have questions or need additional information. They genuinely care, they are vested in you and you pet thriving together. The staff are wonderful.
