“First and foremost, I would like to give a big shout out to Gina.
I walked in at 3:00pm to replace my lost passport. However, I thought this location offers passport photo services (MON, WED, FRI, 3-4pm walk-in accepted). Gina, pre checked my application and documents assuring I had everything else I needed. She redirected me to the nearest CVS where I can get the picture taken.
I returned at 3:36pm with my passport photo and was out of there by 3:50. Gina was respectful, helpful and super efficient.
I highly recommend this location for passport services.
FYI make an appointment online, slots are limited on walk-in days.

“I've read some terrible reviews about Fenix Marine and I can't say that I agree with all the negative reviews they get sometimes. I mean often times there hands are tied and they are forced now to help truckers and we shouldn't always blame them for stuff that goes wrong at the port. As for my review I can say that I had great customer service with them and even helped me out with 2 loads I knew would be the end of my career if I didn't pick them up. Sometimes we need to be considerate that they also a ton of work to deal with and they are trying their best to accommodate with any issue clients and truckers face. I for one can say that I have a positive review with them and I recommend that we all see they try their best at their job.”
