“My experience here has been a lot more pleasant recently. The current staff members are a lot kinder and friendlier. One employee is particular is often cheerful which I love and now feel comfortable going to my local post office without having to interact with rude staff.”

At no fault of Estes, my problem with the shipper (a kitchen island manufacturer) was fixed thanks to Andrea’s investigative initiative and follow up. She also helped to just plain calm me down haha. Estes is very organized and communicative with emails and text messages provided at many steps. It is rare these days to receive this kind of customer care.
