“Overdue review. Bill and team serviced and fixed my 2015 BMW M235i for years. They are the kind of mechanics you want on your side... Never did superfluous fixes, told me when things could wait, told me when to expect things to break. Only one surprise fix ever which was an anomaly and totally outside of their control. Otherwise kept me running and happy with no breakdowns for years, and always cheaper than dealership. Switched to a Tesla which is the only reason I don't still use them. But if you need a reliable honest BMW mechanic, you should.”

“I've been taking cars there (including under their prior name F. Lofrano & Son) for many years, and their work is always the best. Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon. The communication with Miracle Auto Body was very reliable, and their prices are competitive. I would recommend the place to anyone who needs body work, or customization.”

“Best auto parts store for customer service ...ever! Gerardo worked hard to find a replacement starter for my 1986 boat and kept me informed throughout the process. He even consulted with a veteran engine mechanic the store knew in Sacramento to make sure it was the right one. When the mounting brackets didn't match up, they attached the old one to it to make it work. Good group of guys at the counter who are experienced professionals, but you will get especially lucky if Gerardo handles your transaction.”

“Luis and his team did a great job repairing the damage to my Camry after it was rear-ended but it's their follow-up service that really impressed me. Several weeks after the repair, I accidentally peeled off the corner of the protective strip on the newly repaired back bumper and damaged the paint job underneath. I showed it to Luis and he had the entire bumper repainted at no expense. He even reattached a front panel that I had knocked loose in the time between paint jobs, again free of charge. It's a real pleasure to find places that stand by their work like Luis does. I hope to have zero need for an auto body shop going forward but if I do, this is the only place where I'll take my car.”
