“About a month ago, I damaged my RAM truck and brought it to Milani’s Autocraft. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Steve assessed the damage and immediately made me feel that my truck was in good hands. This was my first insurance claim, so I wasn’t familiar with the process. I then met Joe, the owner, who was equally friendly and attentive.
Joe, Steve, and the rest of the team handled everything, including working directly with my insurance company, which has a reputation for being somewhat difficult with claims.

“Fernando, of Fernando’s Auto Body, helped my wife and me enormously, just by being himself. When our little Honda became unsafe because of broken clips and body parts below the front bumper, Fernando realized how much we and our dog depend on that little car because after we sent an email on Sunday, he came to our home Monday to assess the problem. He took the car to his shop to remove the broken parts, rendering it safe for the time being, ordered new parts and returned our car to us. The following day, he again took the car, and completed the repair. He returned it to our home, safe to drive, leaving my wife issuing sighs of relief.
We highly recommend Fernando. He does good work, and is an ethical, reliable human being.”

“I want to let you know how much I appreciated Curtis with helping me today. My car battery had died and I got it jumpstarted this morning and brought it in to get my battery tested. It looked like it was my alternator that was dead and completely draining my battery. He helped me order a part for a different location to pick up from.
While letting my car idle, it died. Curtis came out, tried jumpstarting it with a battery pack, then a trickle charger, and finally got a vehicle with jumper cables. He was so patient and I am so grateful he took all that time to help me.”

“I don't even know where to begin. Randy is one of the nicest people and owns this "unique" body shop. He grew up in Fresno during the lowrider scene and has nothing but an appreciation for automobiles--especially American made; however, he does drive an import. I met Randy through my Father when I was 16 and got my first truck. I wanted to do some body mods and shave my tailgate handle, mold in a roll pan, etc. Randy is one of the few people in the North Bay who doesn't mind doing custom work. Many shops frown on custom work because of problems down the line. However, I believe a reputable body shop shouldn't be worried to stand behind their work--custom or not. I've probably done over $30,000 in custom body work with Randy and he's absolutely the best. Granted, he isn't the fastest body shop as its basically a one-man shop. If you're in a hurry to get your car back, this might not be the body shop for you. Randy is old-school and things will take longer, but his work is impeccable and worth the wait. Additionally, he really cares about your needs and strives for perfection in his work. I haven't seen or heard from Randy ever since I left Novato in 2004, but I'm sure he's still there and going strong, even if he looks frail and weak. Tell him Alex sent you!”
“If you have a vintage vehicle, don’t take it to some random know-it-all wrenched. Walt at Vintage Vehicles is the real thing. He has a literal black belt in mechanicing. He knows old vehicles like Hendrix knows guitars. And he’s humble about it. I broke down in the right neighborhood is all I can say. Thanks Walt!”

“Had a great experience here at the Marin County Ford. Despite being the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle I never once felt like I was being led astray with my decisions or forced into a choice. The Employees were super kind and forthcoming especially Tsoai Gordley as well as John Preston. Despite my car only being 5K and a 2015 model, I still felt as if I was being treated terrifically and not someone trying to be rushed out the door for someone trying to purchase a brand new vehicle. Even After I left there was a problem that I caused because I was unfamiliar with all the controls. They took care of it immediately and without any charge. I was so relieved. Always professional and kind. MCF truly deserves a 5 star rating and if this review software went higher I would give it even more. Even with my small budget they were able to find me great used vehicles.”
