“If you're looking to redo your floors, look no further and read my review!! We had the absolute pleasure of working with David (from Floor Store) and his crew, Gilbert & Jaime. Our home (1 story, 3 bed 3 bath) had outdated carpet and tile sporadically spread throughout the house and we wanted a consistent hardwood floor to tie everything together. We went with a "wood laminate" product after David kindly (and patiently!) talked us through all of our options and gave us on-site recommendations, both at the store and in our home. What I appreciated most from David was his thoughtfulness when offering ideas for how we could implement our new floor. We never once felt sold to; it was a productive and creative conversation where David helped us unlock the full potential of our home. As for Gilbert and Jaime, the words in my review and the photos attached don't do their work enough justice. The crew is incredibly professional and are masters at their craft. They were timely, respectful and very hardworking. My garage and driveway were cleaner AFTER they finished cutting & laying over a thousand sq ft of wood laminate than before the project started! The crew was able to make the entire space perfectly level and then methodically laid the floor to perfection. Each evening my wife and I find ourselves just staring at our new floor with joy. It has completely transformed our house into a warm, cohesive, loving home. IMPORTANT the investment we made now will pay for itself and more in the future based on how incredible the project looks. It's an absolute no-brainer choice to redo your floors, and to choose David, Gilbert and Jaime at the Floor Store to help you do it!!! 6/5 stars!!”
