Awful service. Not only they have absolutely no interest to help you they will happily send you to other offices and pretend they are unable to assist.

It’s a nightmare dealing with this branch and Citibank in general. I thoroughly recommend opening an account with a smaller bank where you get to speak to real people and don’t have to deal with Indian call centers.
