“I give this hotel 5 stars for the following reasons
- price for the location
- the hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
- the staff were accommodating to our needs for a second parking spot.
Yes the motel is close to the freeway (aren't many of them?) and there is freeway noise, but the motel construction dampened some of the noise and it quietened down at night. I am a light sleeper, and used earplugs, and a sound machine on my phone, and was fine.
I particularly liked the clean, white cotton covers to the bed. They were so much nicer than the likely unwashed dingy colored covers you get at similar motels.”

“Rooms need repairs. I stayed multiple times in that location, all the rooms that I stayed had something either missing or broken. Otherwise, good place. Parking is not free. Breakfast is okay. Staff is okay mostly.”

“This is located on a frontage road and surrounded by businesses so we felt it was a safe location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a bit obvious that in addition to short stay resident's like we were, there are extended stay business residents and what felt like transition resident's who may have been homeless at one time but everyone that we met was extremely friendly and we didn't feel uncomfortable. The room was clean but the beds felt like roll out beds although they were comfortable. It was lacking in a few things like no coffee pot, but the tub appeared to be new and we loved the texture. The continental breakfast turned out to be granola bars. I think they should put their long term residents in one area of the motel, their business residents in another, and their short stay residents in yet another area. This will avoid situations like being awoken in the middle of the night with the doors slamming constantly and the transition neighbor running the microwave for hours, hopefully not because they were cooking something they shouldn't be. Also, the don't clean the rooms daily and you have to carry your used towels to the front desk to get new ones. It was obvious our room was set up for long term resident's and felt a little less than what we're used to. Overall, it is clean and well managed but just needs a few things changed to make it more comfortable for short term resident's.”
“We booked room but had to cancel due to family issues. The receptionist on staff were so friendly and helpful! Very accommodating and we will rebook, nice to have such great customer service!”
“An old motel that has been lovingly turned into a great place to stay in Marin County. Near everything. Great coffee and muffins for free breakfast. Great cleaning every day if you want. Easy Parking. Friendly caretakers. Watch for switch controlled electric plugs, first night we did not charge our phones because of that. We will come back.”
