“Great hotel, great service, beautiful accommodations, bed was too soft for my taste and I had difficulty with the temperature control, but it could've just been me or my room. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel.”

“It's a work stay. The room is older but clean. The Bonvoy App doesn't say it has a microwave but it does and a mini fridge. Far from the lobby tho not fun if you have heavy luggage. The location is good for my work. There's a shopping center walking distance 1/2 a block away.”

“Access a bit tricky. Passed the entrance the first time around and had to go around the block to try again. It would be helpful to have better signage of the exact entrance. Nice size room, very clean. Could use a little TLC updating.”

“So I noticed a lot of bad reviews and I chanced it because of the price. And it was a good choice because it was a good place to stay for the price. When I checked in I was greeted by friendly staff I was able to check in early and was even asked what floor I wanted to stay on, So I said 3rd floor not realizing there was a fourth I could see San Rafael Bay from my window which was peaceful, probably would have had a better view from the fourth floor ok maybe next time. The hotel room was clean it come with a small kitchen full size fridge stove top and microwave. There were some ants by the window but they stayed by the window and didn't bother me. You can see by the pics the room was clean it has a nice bathroom and shower typical tv bed arrangement. It's not to far from a walking trail along the bay there's a Target down the street and a Korean cafe overall the stay was nice. The only concern I had was the damage/ vandalism that was done to the elevator and on the other side of the freeway is San Quentin State prison which I didn't plan on visiting. Also there is a B&B across the bay called East Brother Lite House that looks adorable to stay at so check it out.”

“One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed it at any price. By far the best room I’ve ever found, when price considered. This is a $200+ room for half that price. Just an absolute gem of a spot. Hidden from the road. Updated rooms with quality everything. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable sitting chair with foot stool. Granite counter and work desk. Tiled, modern and stylish bathroom. Even the front door is luxury all wood. Touch lamps. Smart TV. Honestly can’t be over stated how great this place is. Free filtered water dispenser in lobby. Really good complimentary coffee in room and lobby. Warm friendly owner. 10/10, 5 stars, supreme value and comfort.Rooms: A bargain at twice the price! 10/10 room.Food & drinks: Tons of great choices in San Rafael. Lotus for Indian.
