David is literally the best trainer I've had. I'm so happy we stumbled upon him just by browsing Google maps. Two of my friend and I have been training with David for several months now and we're definitely gonna continue. Highly recommended.

this place is for those serious about their fitness.. very good motivational environment.. great energy. management acomedating and very friendly.. fees fair on the low side. glad a found this place
