“The only reason why I am a Verizon customer is because of the outstanding and exceptional service provided by Casey Kilgore, over the years. He is the Store Manager at the Verizon Store in San Rafael (5800 Northgate Dr., San Rafael, CA 94903).
Casey knows all the granular and technical details of every aspect of the Verizon products, plans and accessory services and products (and more). Additionally, he is a remarkable communicator, who can clearly and patiently explain the often tangled web of information associated with phone and internet products and services/plans. He anticipates your needs as a customer and is there to help make your user experience effortless, enjoyable and as flawless as possible.
This week, Casey stepped me through the setup of my new internet account (even plugging in the new router at the store, and demonstrating the process for setting it up at home). His thoroughness in thinking through every detail that will help me make the transition to a new iPhone and internet service quickly and smoothly was remarkable.
Knowing that there is live, human customer service that is highly competent and thoughtful, makes Verizon stand out, above and beyond its competitors. However, so far, this outstanding service is entirely due to one bright and capable person, Casey Kilgore.”

“After flat out miserable experiences at 3 other stores I came to the canal neighborhood store in San Rafael and was helped by Luis. I got exactly what I wanted and he was really fast. After my recent experiences I knew where things get shady and he wasn't unethical or opportunistic at all. He even asked if I wanted insurance instead of just adding it. Special thanks to Luis! What an absolute gem!
Be careful at these stores. Even phone support will tell you that people are consistently scammed but they do nothing about it because the stores are independent agents. The commission based payments are why it happens and they can definitely do something about it but they choose to let people be taken advantage of.
Then Luis restored my faith in people doing the right thing. I'm beyond grateful!!”

“My daughter broke her screen and gadget pro fixed it super fast. We dropped the phone off and grabbed burgers. They had the phone done and ready for pick up in 45 minutes. I also got a screen protector for only $10. It was the best deal in Marin/Sonoma.”
“WOW JOSEPH AND ED AND ANA ARE AMAZING!!! I’m glad to see that this store has a new manager joseph and new people working here. this has been the T-mobile that i normally go to. I walked in wanting to upgrade my new and was greeted warmly and when they pulled up my account they broke down a T-chart for me and was able to get me a new phone a tablet and a watch and break it down on a T-chart and explained to me how the promotions work with the service lines and credits. i’m truly happy with the change environment with this store and will be recommending my friends and family to go see the new manager joseph and the associates there to help them out!!!”

“I have had nothing but terrible experiences in the past at phone stores, always some kind of extra services or weird rules and what not, however i must admit, the service i received here was near perfect. I came to get an upgrade on my phone expecting to pay much more for my plan but Mathew is a wizard. Talk about a kid that knows his stuff. We were able to make a couple changes to my account and now i am actually paying 75$ less per month. Everything was explained very well and he was transparent from beginning to end. I am not the type to write online reviews but I was blown away. To anybody considering ATT service or even lowering your bill, this is the store to go to. Also the manager, i believe his name is Harrison, was also very solid and had me out within 2 minutes when trading my old phone in. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10”
