“Laura Inger OD is the BEST! She was very nice, very thorough and her communication was excellent. Her confidence played a major role, I'm sure. She was fast (but not rushed at all). I was so pleased with my visit, I raved about her to Katherine (the young lady that fit me for my new eyeglasses. I also immediately told my son and my hairdresser about my visit . I've never been so happy about an eye appointment in my life”

“The best pharmacy in the area by a mile. Staff are wonderful, customer service is excellent. Greg and Charlie have always gone above and beyond to assist and make me feel at home. The newer folks seem to be following nicely in their footsteps.”

02.28.2026:
Shout out to Dr Kelsey L, San Rafael CVS pharmacist inside Target. She showed me patience and concern to lower my prescribed medication cost as I switch over to a different medical insurance company … I’m happy and grateful for your kindness !!
Best Regards,

“Years of being a Kaiser Permanente patient experiencing all the medical services, Dr's; triage nurses, pharmacy & so much more with rarely a concern. Easily the most comprehensive, patient-focused medical service provider in the country! I love Kaiser! They care, compassionate, attentive; patient-focused & so good!”

“The pharmacy is great but it's too bad that the techs can't stagger their lunch time so that the pharmacy can stay open at lunch time. It's a little inconvenient”

“This is the only pharmacy I'll go to. The staff is great and do the best they can. When I couldn't find a medication that is on a national shortage, one of their staff was looking out for me and when they were able to find some they immediately called me and held it. Sure, sometimes there is a wait, but that's gonna be all pharmacies. I really appreciate these guys.”

“All the salespeople are very helpful at this Walgreens location. This review is specifically for the pharmacy cashiers, pharm techs and pharmacists work very hard here, they are very efficient about giving injections. Today I want to give a special shout out to Amanda the pharmacist who was working today, she alerted me to a very useful coupon which brought the cost of my prescription drug down quite a bit, she is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.Today, Sam, the cashier at the front of the store alerted me to a coupon offered by Hallmark Cards, which saved me $4.00, that was very nice and helpful of him.”

“I like this store more than I thought I would. Every employee interaction has been a positive one. Please consider hiring more pharmacy staff, I don’t mind long wait times at the drive up window because I am able to sit comfortably, inside the store, it can be 15-20 minutes of standing before I get the chairs, I am physically disabled and this long wait while standing can be brutal.
It’s is not the pharmacy staffs fault, they are hardworking employees, I have had plenty of time to watch them.

Offer more baskets or carts, disabled shoppers need to be considered!!!
Clean the store regularly both inside and out. While waiting at the drive thru once, I just started to wipe down the outside of the call window as it was filthy….and the shelves are sometimes bare…often for weeks…not a good look”
