Despite these concerns, the labs serve the community well, especially for routine tests, vaccines, and Medi-Cal covered clinics. Overall, Quest offers reliable service, though the environment and facility conditions could improve for a better patient experience.

The Technician was pleasant, thorough and efficient. The only complaint I would have is the San Rafael location is not easy to find. It would be nice if there was signage in the front of the building. Otherwise it was a quick and easy visit.

Center does not look, feel or smell clean. Expedited check in does not expedite check in. All the questions the machine asked me, the lab tech behind the desk also asked me. Why the redundancy?
