Customers appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of the staff. However, the facilities are sometimes seen as run-down and not well maintained, with signage issues making locations hard to find. Staffing appears to be a challenge, and some customers feel the staff lacks corporate loyalty due to low morale. Despite these concerns, the labs serve the community well, especially for routine tests, vaccines, and Medi-Cal covered clinics. Overall, Quest offers reliable service, though the environment and facility conditions could improve for a better patient experience.
So convenient and efficient and the staff have been great on my recent visits. I’m really glad to have this Quest location nearby.

I had an early appointment. The technicians were already there and when I walked in I was greeted and helped. You can walk in, but you really should have an appointment. If not you may wait excessively for a spot.

The appointment system seemed to work well and only a slight delay due to the person in front of me seemed to be having some problems using the appointment terminal?
