“Alice and her crew have been real life savers. I live in China and had to ship a bunch of my stuff back to California for my family. The guys at CSFS took care of everything for me, including getting the unit set up, coordinating entry with the movers, answering all of my questions right away, and just generally being the nicest people on earth :-). And, when I was ready to have everything removed and the unit shut down, they recommended a local disposal company and helped to coordinate that part of the job as well, all while I was literally 6,000 miles away. “This place has everything I needed for storage. Clean, secure, well-lit and convenient access. Since it is entirely contained indoors it makes it easy to load and unload no matter what the weather. The manager there is super helpful and very friendly. Plus it has a really cool back area right on a waterway where you can hang out and enjoy the scenery in between trips. Pricing is average..reasonable for the amenities.”

I have been a customer there for over 10 yrs and she has always been very professional, extremely friendly & courteous & is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is the heart & soul of the business & I couldn't ask for better.As for the storage, I will give it only ONE STAR. As I said earlier, I have supported the business for 10 + yrs. I did not complain when they raised the rent by $100, last Oct/Nov even though it puts a strain on my family & I. I live out of town & received a letter at the end of May stating that they are raising the rent by $180.00 more in June. No courtesy of giving long time customers a chance to plan a move or to figure out how to come up with the extra money. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled by the owners and the way I was treated after all these years.Nora, I will miss you. Thank you so much for everything. You are the best!”

They are always so personable and careful with my things. Very professional and incredibly experienced movers. Never any hidden charges, surprises or nothing they can't handle. They even hoisted some of my heavy furniture from the third floor window in downtown San Francisco. AMAZING actually to watch! Absolute rockstars at their job.
