“Alice and her crew have been real life savers. I live in China and had to ship a bunch of my stuff back to California for my family. The guys at CSFS took care of everything for me, including getting the unit set up, coordinating entry with the movers, answering all of my questions right away, and just generally being the nicest people on earth :-). And, when I was ready to have everything removed and the unit shut down, they recommended a local disposal company and helped to coordinate that part of the job as well, all while I was literally 6,000 miles away. They had a problem solve a couple of things, and then had everything packed up and on the truck in a flash. They took great care with the packing, but they also took great care with the walls and doorways to protect them from accidental damage. A job well done.”

“This is one of the better storage units I've had. Prices is low. The only downside is they are a shipping containers and are a little bit off off the ground if you need to get in and out of them. Otherwise I love this place. It's out of the way so no foot traffic going by.”

“I currently rent at another Public Storage site. They are the worst! I have sent Bill Pay checks to them and they deny ever having received them. Even though, one time I was on the phone with their office person and she admitted it was sitting on her desk. Another time they posted my check to another person's account and locked my unit. So, my remedy was to find another property to pay my monthly rent in person. I hit the jackpot and found Bobbie! She is absolutely wonderful! In well over three years my payments post before they are due, there is no more mix up which account my payment is applied to and I don't receive messages that my account is past due, (which it has never been, except by mistake). Bobbie is very personable, thoughtful, kind, reliable and she knows her job. When I have time, we chat for a few minutes when I see her. She is always so positive and upbeat. I dread the days she has off because I can never be sure someone will be in the office. Bobbie, Public Storage was the winner the day they hired you!”
