Extremely rude, especially the young lady with short hair. Apparently I was putting things on the counter too fast for her. She also wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape.

Female employee was obnoxiously rude on June 1 at 1:27pm and have just realized that over $1000 of items were missing from a Ralph Lauren return. Thank goodness I took photos while packing and again while in the store to prove they went “missing” while in UPS’s hands. Avoid this location at all costs.

Rude and unhelpful staff. You would think you’re a burden by walking in and saying hello. Staff just bark at you to ‘put it on the scale’. Staff member was condescending that I had the wrong QR code. Politely accepted that perhaps I made a mistake and needed to return the item to Whole Foods. Went to Whole Foods to only realize that the code was actually for the UPS store. Returned back to the UPS store; no hello, no apology, no thank you. Objectively, if you hate your job and working with customers that much then take the agency to find a new job. My advice, find somewhere else to drop off your package that doesn’t leave a sour taste in your mouth.

To be avoided like the plague. Filthy, boxes and trash piled up everywhere, torn open packages on floor. Asked for a chair (I’m handicapped) and they pointed to a stool, which I couldn’t use. Asked twice for a chair but just gave up.
Talked to the owner, told him the place was a mess, and he rudely told me to leave. A veritable nightmare…

This thief made my coworker uncomfortable and when I asked her not to do that because its unnecessary, she walked out stealing her print outs, already notified sheriff but want other ups stores to beware this person who has issues clearly.
