I wish this bank was open on Saturdays because I work during their business hours. Not to mention everytime I need to deposit cash in the atm they're out of envelopes. It's really frustrating. The same thing happens at the other SR location. No envelopes and they're not open on Saturdays.

Only two staff at a time. There is seating for at least 10 staff. If not 20. It's odd being one of three people and having to wait in a line in such a large empty building. It seems like you're working your poor front desk people to death. Get some staff

I have been doing business with this bank sine they came to town, decades ago. Both personal accounts and business accounts. The abuse that I've received from them within the last two years, both with regard to transactions and fees is inexcusable, but due to some form of misdireted loyalty and also the pandemic, I've stuck it out. I have been lied to, insulted and generally had more time wasted by this bank than is tolerable in any situation. So much for that. I will be closing down all accounts and would recomend anyone reading this, do the same.

I am literally cashing a check and my teller takes two calls. There are two other tellers doing nothing... horrible customer service.

Utterly moronic banking policies. You can have online banking with no papers statements or paper statements with no online access. I bank with a number of other banks and none of them have such a ridiculous policy. I will be moving my account to one of my other banks ASAP. Don't waste your time with this bank.
