Rating them 4 bc their customer service has always been good to me. However, their technology leaves ALOT to be desired. Everything from their app to the outdated atms. This bank has a lot of potential but it almost feels like it’s being neglected.

I wish this bank was open on Saturdays because I work during their business hours. Not to mention everytime I need to deposit cash in the atm they're out of envelopes. It's really frustrating. The same thing happens at the other SR location. No envelopes and they're not open on Saturdays.

Only two staff at a time. There is seating for at least 10 staff. If not 20. It's odd being one of three people and having to wait in a line in such a large empty building. It seems like you're working your poor front desk people to death. Get some staff
