The sales rep, Mariane, was wonderful. She was very friendly, and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. I would recommend the AT&T Store for cell phone purchases, and particularly Mariane as your sales rep.

I was recently helped by Mariane Urbino at this AT&T location and she was awesome! Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She was able not only to give me a better cellphone plan but also a special promo for my new AT&T Fiber home internet. I’m very happy with my new services that are better and cheaper than what I had before. Very glad with the overall experience here. Highly recommend. ????

Had a wonderful experience at this AT&T store. I first went through Costco but they sent me here to fix what they did. Mariane was understanding and patient and helped resolve my billing issues even though it wasn't her fault. She then helped lower my internet bill and getting me a faster speed by changing to fiber internet. I would definitely recommend asking for Mariane!

Excellent. The lady who helped me was very friendly and informative. I had an old prepaid phone, and I was upset I couldn't transfer the number right away. But after she explained it to me and was so understanding when I was upset, it made me feel valued. I ended up, because of her grace with me, buying a new phone and plan and will be adding a watch. She deserves a promotion. I will be recommending to all my military brothers and sisters to come to AT&T.

Marianne is AMAZING. She was very helpful and patient explaining all my options to get my damaged phone working again. In the end, I got my phone fixed at zero cost due to protection plan that I didn't know I had. This gives me time to backup everything on my phone before I upgrade it to a newer version. Highly recommend this store for an awesome customer service experience.

I switched carriers to AT&T mobile and firstly, I already see the superior service, speed and reliability compared to my previous provider, Xfinity. Yes, I'm paying a bit more now but you get what you pay for and Xfinity could not have provided this higher level of service (both in technology and customer care) even if they tried. The AT&T website, clarity of billing, ease of managing your account and overall customer service is far superior in leaps and bounds. It's only been a short time but if this reliability and quality continues, I will be a loyal long term customer for sure. Lastly, the store representative who assisted me named Safi S. in San Ramon, CA, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful! I realize even though it’s someone’s job to try and upsell and I was asked about other services, I didn’t feel pressured and this always makes things much less stressful or frustrating. Overall, I can clearly see the value of AT&T’s services and customer care so if you are on the fence about switching carriers, do consider AT&T for all of the above reasons.
