Came to this branch because we went to the Hayward one and the guy there totally wasted our time. David helped us and was very efficient, knew what he was doing. Would recommend getting stuff there, they are professional and well trained

Service was fast and easy. Details were properly and clearly laid out. Was a little nervous leaving Verizon after 21 years but the far greater price plans and customer service made it all worth it. It was Verizon disrespectful customer service that was the last straw. Safi and staff made me feel welcomed
