Do Not Come Here!!! I made a reservation for a truck days in advance and when I showed up they did not have the vehicle I reserved. Conveniently they offered me a smaller truck for the same price. They are shady and will mess up your day they are scammers. Avoid this location at all cost .

They overcharged me on my rental. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff in this office, he blatantly refused to acknowledge the mistake or correct the bill. He told me I will have to go through budget to get this correctly. Absolutely horrible service. I will never rent from this office again..

I rent Budget’s cars through the Costco Travel system to get a good price. Never had a problem with customer service at this location.
That said, some of the vehicles I rented here have had low tire pressures; I recommend you to check tire inflation for any vehicle you rent here.
