“They have amazing stuff but as other reviews said despite of being inside an outlet a lot of merchandise still very expensive but oh the other hand you can find amazing deals and prices. The only problem are the sizes because you can find smaller or larger ones, it’s rare to find mediums.
I bought a 101 Dalmatians backpack in $13 which I think is amazing. There are cups and thermos under $15.
Staff aren’t as kind and helpful as the reviews affirm.”

“This review is for the store, not the company. The store was well staffed on a Saturday morning and merchandise was neatly organized. They were very helpful in processing an online return (when the online customer service team was not). They also helped me out with setting up a fitting room so I could try on new stuff. Also the employees were all wearing the brand…always a good sign.”

“Was stoked to find Stance at the SF Premium Outlets. My favourite sock brand.They had a buy 4, get 2 free deal (mix and match) along with 50% off all apparel. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. Great selection of their performance sock line. You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”

“Alexis is amazing!! I came in with a return for an online order of $299. It was about 30-35 pieces of clothing. I came in right as soon as they opened hoping it would be fast. Apparently when making a return they have to have the items in order because they need to manually type in the price of each item after you scan them. (So d**** in my opinion) So i decided to help her organize each item by the list on the return form. Not even 20 minutes and the line was getting long, fast. However Alexis was a great help! She was efficient, didn't make me feel anyway for taking up so much of her time. The manager (a man) on the other hand was rude!! I seen him giving me ugly looks because I was keeping his staff a while doing the return. And the line was getting long, fast. So someone needs to talk to him about customer service. Alexis was amazing! Did my full return for me and did it happily, i wish I could've tipped her but since it's retail I hope her manager see's this yelp review and congratulates her in some way, shape or form for her outstanding customer service. “Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this store, especially by the employees Lauren and Kelsey. They were so enthusiastic and patient. I accidentally knocked over a giant rack and instead of yelling at me or getting upset, they calmed me down and reassured me everything is okay. I have social anxiety and often get panic attacks, so their kindness and understanding really made me feel so much better. They made a situation that could have been panic inducing for me so much more comfortable. 10/10 service. They deserve a raise.”
