“Well if you call to ask information about something you might have coming due its a hazzle to ever get a straight answer. Take for instance this Christian guy that said he shut of the computer so he couldn't give me information on my loan which idk if it's due. Exactly at 7pm he said the computers shut off, yet it was 6:59 when I called, coincidence that you can't give any info? Maybe he was just lazy to check because who is going to believe that computers shut themselves off at certain times. Go figure, that's Customer service at this place. Thanks alot Christian. Was it really that difficult to just thoroughly check? Would it have killed you? Or did you shut off these computers before 7pm? Why even bother to answer the phone. Other times there computers dont work. Etc, etc.”
